Return Policy

We accept returns within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided the product remains unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; we will reimburse the full product price upon receipt of the returned item.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned. Our products are manufactured in a certified facility using state-of-the-art technology and third-party lab testing to ensure the highest purity and quality standards.

Subscription Return & Cancelation Policy

Subscription Minimum Commitment and Cancellation Policy

Our Subscribe & Save program provides customers with discounted pricing in exchange for a minimum commitment of two consecutive subscription orders.

By selecting a subscription option and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription includes a minimum commitment of two recurring orders.

• The first subscription order cannot be treated as a discounted one-time purchase.

• You may request cancellation at any time; however, any cancellation requested before the second subscription order is processed will take effect only after the second order has been successfully charged.

• Once the second subscription order has been processed, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

• Canceling a subscription does not cancel, reverse, or refund an order that has already been charged, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

• Subscription orders remain subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy. Canceling future renewals does not automatically qualify previously processed orders for a refund.

This two-order minimum is intended to prevent misuse of subscription-only discounts by customers who enroll solely to receive the reduced first-order price and then immediately cancel.

Exceptions may be made where required by applicable law or in cases involving unauthorized transactions, duplicate charges, damaged products, incorrect items, or other circumstances approved by Agravitae in writing.

By enrolling in the Subscribe & Save program, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the subscription price, billing frequency, two-order minimum commitment, renewal terms, and cancellation policy.

Subscription purchases are subject to the same 72-hour return window for unopened products. You have the ability to manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal. We recommend reviewing your subscription details at least 7 days before your next scheduled order to make any changes or cancellations.

Requests for refunds based on lack of awareness of a subscription purchase cannot be accommodated, as subscription terms are clearly presented at the time of purchase.
